ATHLETE CHECK-IN AND INSPECTION DAY

8:00am – 4:00pm

  • Athlete Check-In & pre-paid lift ticket pick-up

  • Tickets & Guest Services, Base Lodge
  • Event pass provides early lift access and is valid for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (weather permitting) only- please don’t lose it!

12:00 – 3:00pm

  • Venue Inspection & Training

  • STRONGLY RECOMMENDED – please limit training to two runs to help preserve the course for competition day

5:30pm

  • MANDATORY ATHLETE/COACH meeting

  • Sourdough Alley Cafeteria, Base Lodge
  • TD & Head Judge to review the course
