Wednesday January 18^th, 2012 – Athlete Check-In & Inspection Day

• 8:00am – 4:00pm               Athlete Check-In and pre-paid lift ticket pick-up
• Tickets & Guest Services, Base Lodge
• “Senior” or “Coach” Pass provides early lift access for Thursday, Friday and Saturday- please don’t lose it!
• A lift ticket or season pass must accompany pass
• Additional lift & dinner tickets can be purchased

 

• 12:00 – 3:00pm   Venue Inspection & Training
• STRONGLY RECOMMENDED – please limit training to two runs to help preserve the course for competition day

 

• 5:30pm                                 MANDATORY ATHLETE/COACH meeting

Thursday January 19^th, 2012- Qualifier Day RUNS: Link’s Line

**Note:  There will be NO Pre-qualified Athletes, all skiers must participate                         

• 7:00am                                 Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes & Coaches

 

• 7:30am – 8:15am              Venue Inspection

 

• 8:30am – 9:30am               Competition begins
• Please be ready for competition at 8:30am

 

• 5:30 pm                                Athlete meeting for results and Friday’s start order

Friday January 20^th, 2012 – Semi Final RUNS: Mt. Roberts

• 7:00am                                 Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes & Coaches

Head to Paradise Lodge for Venue Inspection of Mt Roberts. If you’re competing first, please make sure you inspect first. You’ll need to be back up to the top of Mt Roberts ready for competition.

 

• 8:00am                                 Paradise Chair opens for Athletes & Coaches

• 9:30am                                 Competition begins

•  5:30 pm                                Athlete meeting for results an Saturday’s                start order

Saturday January 21^st, 2012 – Finals: Mt. Roberts

• 7:00am                                 Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes/Coaches

Head to Paradise Lodge for Venue Inspection of Mt Roberts. If you’re competing first, please make sure you inspect first. You’ll need to be back up to the top of Mt Roberts ready for competition.

•  6:00pm                                 Dinner and Awards Ceremony – All WELCOME

• Sourdough Alley Cafeteria, Base Lodge
• Athlete, Parents and Coaches must present pre-purchased dinner ticket at the door

•  8:00pm                                 Rafters After Party

• DJ
• Doors open at 8:00pm
• Athletes receive one ticket as part of registration
• Public tickets available at the door $10
