Everyone will receive an ‘Event Access Pass’ to show Guest Services to receive the appropriate discount on Lift Tickets. See below:

Athletes: 50% off day rate
Coaches Registered with the IFSA: Comp. tickets
Parents: 25% off


Wednesday January 17th, 2018

 Athlete Check-In & Inspection Day

  • 8:00am-4:00pm -Athlete Check-In and pre-paid lift ticket pick-up
          • Tickets & Guest Services, Base Lodge
          • Event pass provides early lift access and is valid for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (weather permitting) only- please don’t lose it!
          • A lift ticket or season pass must accompany pass
  • 12:00 – 3:00pm -Venue Inspection & Training
          • STRONGLY RECOMMENDED – please limit training to two runs to help preserve the course for competition day 
  • 5:30pm -MANDATORY ATHLETE/COACH meeting
          • Sourdough Alley Cafeteria, Base Lodge
          • Head Judge to review the course

Thursday January 18th, 2018

7 – 11yrs & 12yrs – 14yrs Qualifier – Link’s Line & Papoose Bowl

  • 7:00am -Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes & Coaches
  • 8:30 – 9:30am – Competition begins
          • Please be ready for competition at 8:30am
  • 5:30 pm -Athlete meeting for Results
          • Sourdough Alley Cafeteria, Base Lodge
          • Photo presentation

Friday January 19th, 2018

15– 18yrs Qualifier – Link’s Line & Papoose Bowl

  • 7:00am -Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes & Coaches 
  • 8:30 – 9:30am -Competition begins
          • Please be ready for competition at 8:30am 
  • 5:30 pm -Athlete meeting for results and Saturday’s start order
          • Sourdough Alley Cafeteria, Base Lodge
          • All athletes required at this meeting

Saturday January 20th, 2018

Finals (all age categories) – Link’s Line

  • 7:00am -Silverlode & Motherlode open for Athletes & Coaches
  • 8:30 – 9:30am – Competition begins
          • Please be ready for competition at 8:30am
  • 5:30pm – Dinner and Awards Ceremony in Sourdough Alley Cafeteria
            • Photo presentation
            • If you require additional dinner tickets, they can be purchased upon arrival to dinner
